The Role:

As our Social Media Manager, you'll be central to our social media and content efforts from our state-of-the-art content production centre in London. You'll drive daily posting, engage our fantastic fanbase, and make a huge impact across our Formula E social channels!

The key deliverables are:

  1. Content Creation & Delivery: Take the lead on getting awesome content planned, briefed to creatives, and posted across all our Formula E social channels like clockwork.
  2. Community Engagement: Dive into the comments, messages, and conversations, keeping our community buzzing.
  3. Agency Management: You'll be looking after our talented team of content producers and community managers, keeping them accountable.
  4. Performance & Insights: You’ll monitor our content engagement, working with Business Intelligence to track KPIs and spot opportunities for growth.
  5. Social Calendar & Best Practices: Owning the content calendar, you’ll make sure everything is scheduled perfectly and that all our social content is second to none.

What we're looking for in you:

  1. Content Creation Expertise: You've got solid understanding for what makes engaging social media content and know how to brief creatives to bring it to life.
  2. Social Media Savvy: You live and breathe social platforms (especially the big ones!) and know the best practices inside and out.
  3. Community Champion: You're great at building relationships, fostering positive conversations, and know how to manage a social community effectively.
  4. Organisational Rockstar: You're super organised, able to manage multiple tasks, hit deadlines, and keep a content calendar running smoothly.
  5. Team Player & Communicator: You work well with others, can give clear feedback, and are comfortable collaborating with different teams and external partners.
