Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized, strategic and creative Social Media Manager to help manage and develop key client accounts across social media platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, X, etc.

Your responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies that align with our clients’ goals and campaigns
• Plan and publish content across social media platforms in line with our clients’ deliverables
• Monitor online communities, engage with UGC and spot opportunities for proactive brand interaction
• Collaborate with strategy and creative teams on content ideas based on strategic audience insights and platform relevant trends
• Support strategy and accounts team with reporting and learnings across channel

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience managing social media accounts for businesses
• 2+ years of experience in client facing roles
• Strong communication, planning, and organisation skills
• Ability to write concise, clear, and engaging copy
• Understanding of social media strategies and how they differ by platform and audience
• Experience with tools like Hootsuite, Later or Sprout Social
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with interpreting data to deliver learnings and inform strategy

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience with Creative software including video editing and Photoshop
• Experience with social listening tools (e.g. Brandwatch)
