Job description

Content and Social Media Manager

Location:London, UK (on-site)

Company Overview:

Insignia Group of Companies is a premier provider of ultra-luxury lifestyle management, exclusive financial services, and elite concierge experiences. We serve a global clientele of high-net-worth individuals (HNWI) with bespoke service, prestige, and discretion. Our fintech innovations and world-class service ethos make us a trusted partner in every facet of our members’ lives.

Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Content and Social Media Manager to lead and execute our content strategy across digital platforms. You will craft and curate high-quality, brand-aligned content to engage luxury audiences, strengthen our digital presence, and support both marketing and member engagement initiatives.

This role requires someone who understands luxury branding, financial storytelling, and digital innovation, and who can translate that into compelling content across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Development

  • Develop and manage a unified content calendar across Insignia’s lifestyle, fintech, and member services brands.
  • Write and produce compelling, SEO-optimized content: blogs, whitepapers, web pages, newsletters, and campaign copy.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (luxury travel, product, finance, events) to extract stories and insights.
  • Ensure all content reflects our tone of voice: elegant, discreet, intelligent, aspirational.

Social Media Management

  • Own and execute Insignia’s organic and paid social media strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X.
  • Grow and engage audiences with high-net-worth relevance through storytelling, campaigns, and partnerships.
  • Monitor analytics and trends to continuously optimize performance.

Brand, Community & Campaigns

  • Collaborate with creative, PR, and events teams to align content with brand campaigns, launches, and seasonal offerings.
  • Identify and manage influencer/brand partnership opportunities that match our luxury standards.
  • Support client-facing and internal teams with tailored communications materials (e.g., decks, brochures, video scripts).

Key Qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years’ experience in content, digital marketing, or social media—ideally within luxury, fintech, or hospitality sectors.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen sense of tone and storytelling.
  • Experience managing content production across multimedia formats (video, print, web).
  • Strong command of platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Meta Business Suite.
  • Understanding of SEO, content analytics, and performance tracking tools.
  • Confidence liaising with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • A natural appreciation for luxury lifestyle, global travel, and premium service culture.

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with financial services, private banking, or digital payments sectors.
  • Experience using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Jasper) for content ideation and workflows.
  • Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, Final Cut) is a plus.
