We are currently recruiting for a Social Media Manager to join our Creative/Communications department at our London Head Office on a permanent, full-time basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for a versatile, creative, and proactive individual to lead our social media presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong network, a passion for fashion, and a curiosity for social media. A minimum of 3+ years experience in digital marketing within fashion or ecommerce is essential, along with expertise in social media best practices, excellent copywriting skills, and a keen eye for visual storytelling.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a creative, data-driven content strategy across channels including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

You will create engaging social media campaigns and content that foster community engagement and manage daily social media activities.

You will work closely with the Communications and Digital teams to drive traffic, engagement, and conversations across all channels.

Main duties include:

  1. Collaborating with the Director of Brand & Communications to define and implement the social media strategy aligned with brand and business goals.
  2. Overseeing the production of social assets with the creative team and external vendors.
  3. Planning organic social media campaigns supporting marketing stories, product launches, and cultural moments.
  4. Managing the social media calendar and integrating it with the trade calendar.
  5. Scheduling and posting content across platforms.
  6. Engaging with the online community, monitoring responses, and maintaining brand voice.
  7. Growing and managing community relationships to increase followers and engagement.
  8. Conducting social listening and analytics to optimize performance.
  9. Exploring new features and platforms for innovation.
  10. Creating best practices and guidelines for teams.
  11. Reporting on social media performance and competitor analysis.
  12. Advocating for social media within the company.
  13. Ensuring all content aligns with brand tone and guidelines.
  14. Managing the social media budget.
  15. Collaborating with international partners and internal teams on campaigns, influencer relations, and UGC.
