We are currently recruiting for a full-time Social Media Manager on a permanent contract, based in any of the Heritage Fund offices in Birmingham, Leeds, Manchester, or Nottingham (Hybrid Working).
The primary purpose of this role is to be responsible for the organisation's social media strategy, using data evaluation and the latest social insights to stay abreast of new approaches and best practices.
The Social Media Manager will act as owner and gatekeeper for all social media channels. They will oversee content delivery and budget management across our channels, ensuring key messages reach the right audiences and add value to the work of the marketing, PR, and wider teams. They will maintain high standards of output and insight organization-wide. Additionally, they will serve as a key communications adviser, managing the social media output of communications colleagues and thought leaders, providing training, guidance, and workshops to enhance standards. Developing creative campaigns and fostering effective partnerships with stakeholder organizations will also be key responsibilities.
