Since launching, we’ve built a loyal customer base, earned over 1,000 five-star reviews, and become known for our hero product - The 5 Minute Kit - a complete, science-backed routine that delivers visible results and fits effortlessly into real life.

Now, we're entering our next phase: expanding our product line, growing internationally, and deepening our community connection through content, education and storytelling. With big ambitions and a small, agile team, we’re building something meaningful and we’re just getting started.

The Mission

To build a standout organic social presence that not only looks beautiful, but truly connects. You’ll be responsible for driving growth, creating content that stops the scroll and turning our community into superfans.

Our goal is for BASE to become the most trusted, talked-about and loved skincare brand on social - and you’ll be the one bringing that vision to life, one post, story and reel at a time.

The Role

Social media is the beating heart of BASE - it’s where we connect, share and grow our incredible community of women. We’re on the lookout for an ambitious, creative and culture-obsessed Social Media Manager to join us on this exciting journey.

You’ll work directly with Amy (our co-founder and qualified Aesthetician) to shape our social presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and beyond. From strategy to execution, you’ll lead all things organic, help us scale our community and play a big role in taking BASE to its next chapter of growth.

We're a small but mighty team of three, so this role is perfect for someone who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, contribute big ideas, wear multiple hats and grow as we grow.

What You’ll Own

  • Own our social strategy and content across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts
  • Plan, script, post and optimise a high-performing content calendar
  • Ideate, film and edit short-form video content (with Amy + freelancers/agencies)
  • Collaborate with our paid ads team to fuel performance with organic-first UGC
  • Launch and manage long-form YouTube content alongside Amy
  • Track and report on key social KPIs – from engagement to revenue impact
  • Build and maintain relationships with creators/influencers for standout UGC
  • Stay plugged into the skincare and social worlds – trends, memes, moments and more

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ Years in a in a social/content/brand role
  • Proven success growing social accounts and creating content
  • Expertise in Reels, TikTok and short-form video - either hands-on or directing others
  • A people-person - you get what makes communities tick and love building connection
  • Brilliant copy skills - whether scripting a Reel or writing a caption, you know how to engage people
  • A natural feel for culture and trends - you’re always online and ahead of what’s next
  • A sharp commercial mindset - you care about content that performs, not just content that’s pretty

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in skincare, beauty, wellness or cosmetics
  • Design ability in Canva, Figma or video editing software (CapCut)
  • Built a personal or niche social page (beauty, fitness, aesthetics etc.)
  • Creator or influencer relationships
