Role Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Senior Brand Marketing Manager, lead the development and execution of a cohesive global social media strategy aligned with the company's brand vision, values, and business goals across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
- Define target audiences for each social channel and tailor content strategies to effectively engage these segments in line with business and brand strategies.
- Collaborate with the Senior Brand Marketing Manager to develop a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal trends.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content with the Creative Team, including videos and Reels.
- Identify and build relationships with content creators, influencers, brand ambassadors, and strategic partners.
- Manage content creator campaigns and collaborations to enhance brand reach and credibility.
- Coordinate with Paid Social & Affiliate channel owners to develop integrated strategies.
- Engage with followers actively to foster a strong online community, responding to comments and customer inquiries.
- Work with external PR agencies to plan and execute PR strategies, including press and influencer events.
- Establish and manage new social profiles to support business growth, with clear targets for brand awareness and reach.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance to inform future strategies.
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and innovations to keep the brand industry-leading.
- Lead and inspire the social & PR team to foster a vibrant, innovative, and creative culture.
- Align with the company's social and environmental mission, championing impactful actions.
Skills and Experience
- Proven social media marketing experience with creative ideas and execution skills.
- Deep passion for social media channels with understanding of each platform's intricacies.
- Experience in devising and executing brand social media & influencer strategies within budget and deadlines.
- PR experience in bringing brand and product messaging to life through various media and events.
- Creative content creation skills, including videos and Reels, with willingness to appear on camera.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
- Ability to create activities with clear objectives, such as reach, customer acquisition, or community engagement.
- Data analysis skills to generate insights and reports.
- Excellent team player with cross-functional collaboration skills.
- People management skills to lead and motivate a team with enthusiasm.
