Influencer Management: Be able to identify influencers for collaboration on Tik Tok
Content Creation: Develop, curate, and manage engaging and high-quality content for various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics.
Community Management: Foster and grow online communities by engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring conversations about the brand.
Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyse the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools, and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage social media advertising campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into the strategy as appropriate.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, PR, and content teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and to support cross-functional initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Strong understanding of the Afro/Textured hair market
US market experience is a plus
Experience in content creation around the Afro/Textured hair market
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with social media advertising and campaign management.
Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
