An innovative skincare brand is looking for a Social Media & Influencer Manager to be based in London.

As Social Media & Influencer Manager, you’ll lead the social and influencer strategy across multiple expert skincare brands, delivering engaging, trend-driven content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube.

You’ll be the key player behind both organic and paid campaigns – managing content calendars, briefing creatives, negotiating with influencers, and working alongside marketing and PR teams to build authentic partnerships. With growing media budgets and ambitious goals, your work will directly fuel brand visibility and consumer love in a competitive market.

From content creation to performance analysis, you’ll bring energy, insight, and creativity to every touchpoint. It’s a fast-paced, exciting opportunity for someone ready to make a serious impact in the digital beauty space.

You’re strategic, hands-on, and bursting with digital know-how. Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in beauty or consumer lifestyle
  • Expertise in Meta, TikTok, and Google platforms
  • A confident influencer negotiator who understands audience alignment and campaign ROI
  • Strong reporting, analytical and social listening skills
  • Proactive, customer-centric and results-driven
