Salt have partnered with a fast-growing marketing agency on a mission to help blockchain companies reach their target audience.

You will be joining a growing marketing team and will be responsible for managing social media channels as well as working with influencers for a variety of clients in the blockchain space.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and a proven track record of starting channels from scratch and growing them into an interactive community.

The Role:

· Managing Social Media accounts and communities across Twitter, Discord, Reddit, Instagram, TikTok for multiple clients

· Devising marketing methods & plans to grow social media communities

· Liaising with designers to create effective social imagery

· Engaging with the community and coming up with innovative and interactive ways to increase exposure

· Creating & maintaining social media content calendars for clients

· Staying up to date with social media trends

The Person:

· Demonstrable experience in growing Social Media channels – preferably in crypto/blockchain space

· Proven track record of growing and nurturing communities

· Understanding of advanced marketing principles

· Ability to follow instructions and work independently on multiple projects

· Personally interested in crypto/blockchain/web3
