You'll be responsible for developing and executing platform-specific strategies, managing content calendars, overseeing community engagement, and analysing performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. This role will manage two direct reports. This role is ideal for someone who understands the power of storytelling, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to turn insights into action.In this role you can expect to have :

  • Deep understanding of platform-specific features, algorithms, and audience behaviours (Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, etc.).
  • Awareness of emerging platforms and trends.
  • Knowledge of content marketing, brand positioning, and campaign planning.
  • Understanding of paid media strategies (e.g., Meta Ads).
  • Familiarity with KPIs like engagement rate, reach, impressions, CTR, conversions.
  • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategy.
  • Understanding of audience segmentation, personas, and engagement tactics.
  • Knowledge of storytelling, tone of voice, and visual branding.
  • Leadership and management experience.
