Social Content Manager - Size? Group

As Social Content Manager for the size? brand, you are responsible for consistently inspiring our audiences through the power of product, culture, community, and conversation. Creating timely, inspiring, and engaging content strategies that keep customers in the size? fold and encourage purchase.
Reporting to the Social Media Lead, you'll work to deliver best-in-class content across the size? social media channels. You'll take a data-led approach combined with a creative mindset to set strategies, produce content, manage campaigns, and continually monitor results to improve the performance of all organic, community, and influencer activity.
You'll possess a natural flair for creating engaging content, have superb attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders across the business.
Key responsibilities:
- Work directly with the Social Media Lead to understand the social and influencer strategy, with ultimate responsibility for implementation.
- Manage a small team of social media executives, ensuring their output is best in class.
- Devise social media campaign plans for size? that align with the social media strategy.
- Manage day-to-day activity on all size? social channels to drive community engagement by interacting with audiences, enhancing online conversation, and curating engaging content to build and retain a loyal following.
- Responsible for content output, including concepting, scheduling, production, briefing, delivery, boosting, and evaluation.
- Write engaging social captions that reflect the size? personality and tone.
- Work with the Creative team to brief content ideas tailored to each social channel.
- Balance BAU trade content, brand campaigns, and main campaign coverage across channels.
- Collaborate with social media and studio teams to produce top-tier social content.
- Manage organic boosting campaigns using platform ad managers and social management tools.
- Build relationships with partners on key social platforms like Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Analyze analytics, audience data, trends, and paid media data to inform future campaigns.
- Monitor competitors, social trends, and platform developments to develop innovative campaigns and report insights.
- Coordinate with Multi-channel, Marketing, and Customer Care teams to integrate social tactics.
- Ensure all social content complies with regulations and best practices.
- Attend events to capture, edit, and upload content as needed.
Skills, experience, and knowledge required:
- Minimum 4 years experience in a social media role with content creation and management responsibilities.
- At least 2 years experience managing a small team.
- Proven ability to lead organic social strategies, with understanding of paid social for organic channels.
- Experience in content production, both in-studio and on-set.
- Ability to plan and execute social media campaigns using management platforms.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, with a track record of performance improvement.
- Knowledge of social media marketing regulations and best practices.
- High attention to detail, organizational, planning, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a small, fast-paced team environment.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt.
- Self-motivated, driven, and capable of managing workloads to meet deadlines.
- Strong interest and knowledge of fashion and sneakers is advantageous.
