Social Media Manager
Salary up to £40,000

Talent Hub are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager with skills in community management and moderation to join the marketing team of a thriving Brighton and Hove based brand specializing in the B2C space, enabling personal development.

You will join a commercial marketing team working under their Digital Marketing Manager, responsible for implementing social media strategies to increase organic reach, enhance brand visibility, and optimize content for discoverability.

You will be pivotal in growing their global community and supporting their content strategy to drive social media traffic to their website.

Key responsibilities for this Social Media Manager job include:

  1. Build, nurture and grow online communities across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Reddit).
  2. Optimize content for social media algorithms, discoverability, and engagement.
  3. Utilize SEO principles in social content (hashtags, keywords, captions) to maximize organic reach.
  4. Use social listening to stay up-to-date with competitor conversations and offerings.
  5. Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and discussions.
  6. Analyze key performance metrics (engagement rates, followers, reach, referral traffic) and report results to relevant stakeholders.
  7. Identify and collaborate with brand advocates, influencers, and industry thought leaders to expand reach both online and at offline events.

What you will need for this Social Media Manager job:

  1. At least 3 years proven experience in a Social Media Management position within the B2C space.
