Social Media Manager

Ambitious and rapidly growing start up in the tech sector with big plans on the horizon are looking for a talented Social Media Manager to join a dynamic team and help build a strong online presence.

With a large budget and a focus on creating an engaged community, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to make an impact and drive growth in the social media space.

You’ll be at the forefront of a social media strategy, managing presence across TikTok, Meta and X. Your mission will be to elevate the brand, engage with audiences and build a strong online community of healthcare professionals. You’ll work closely with the Creative team to develop compelling content and proactively manage online reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up, manage, and optimize social media accounts across TikTok, Meta and X.
  • Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with marketing goals.
  • Monitor and manage our online reputation, ensuring timely responses to comments and managing reviews on Google and Trustpilot.
  • Work with the Creative team to craft engaging and on-brand social media content.
  • Build and nurture a strong, active community of healthcare professionals.
  • Ensure a consistent posting schedule that aligns with company messaging and tone.
  • Explore and implement link building opportunities to enhance our online visibility.
  • Track social media performance, analyse results, and optimise strategies for better engagement and reach.
  • Assist in organising events and handle PR outreach as required to increase brand awareness.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager in a growing business.
  • Expert-level knowledge of social media platforms, particularly TikTok, Meta, and X.
  • Strong understanding of social media best practices and strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to create engaging content.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in reputation management and responding to online reviews.
  • Familiarity with maintaining brand consistency and tone across all platforms.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools and reporting.
  • Knowledge of SEO and link-building strategies.
  • Experience in PR and event planning is highly desirable.
