Lookers is seeking a talented Social Media Lead to join our marketing team. The Social Media Lead is responsible for developing and executing a high-impact social media strategy that enhances brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. They oversee content direction, manage campaigns, analyse performance data, and collaborate with internal and external teams to drive innovation and growth. Acting as a key stakeholder in the digital marketing team, they ensure social media efforts align with business objectives and audience expectations. Their purpose is to drive the overall social media strategy, ensure alignment with business goals, and oversee execution across platforms. The Social Media Lead takes ownership of strategy, performance analysis, and team leadership.

Oversee partnerships with agencies, freelancers, and third-party vendors as needed.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, ambitious, and have a proactive, positive attitude. Strong analytical skills, creativity, and meticulous attention to detail are essential for this role, as is the ability to collaborate with team members across multiple projects and meet deadlines. Full training will be provided as part of your induction and ongoing learning, allowing you to expand your knowledge of the automotive sector.

Ability to build effective professional relationships, manage multi-channel marketing with creative brand communications and campaigns, and experience in effectively managing digital campaigns and driving performance. Great at report writing with knowledge of Google Analytics preferred.
