What You Will Be Doing

Owning and driving social strategy across platforms to ensure maximum reach, engagement, and growth.

In practice, this means: growing, managing, and/or monetising TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram pages.

Managing the evolution of our AI talent and channels

Testing and scaling new monetisation strategies — including CPM, course sales, digital products, affiliate models, and more

Creating and owning a system to review analytics weekly — turning insights into action, and building repeatable processes for performance and growth

Owning budgets and timelines — keeping channel operations tight and on track, with accountability for results

Analyzing content performance — what’s working, what’s not, what we double down on

Experimenting and innovating — new formats, styles, systems, and growth hacks

Trend-spotting at lightning speed — getting there before anyone else does

Bonus Points If You Have

Interest in AI / AI-generated content — it’s going to change the world and we want to be ahead of the curve

Experience building and scaling multiple channels — and speak fluent social (e.g., "business manager", "shadow banning", "CPM", "watch time", "remix", etc.)
