About Our Client

I am recruiting for a fast-growing, innovative menswear brand looking for a talented and creative Social Media Executive to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about retail/fashion and experienced in creating engaging content for platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels.

Job Description

  1. Develop, create, and execute engaging social media content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other platforms.
  2. Plan and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent, on-brand messaging.
  3. Work closely with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with brand strategy.
  4. Track performance and engagement metrics, and adapt strategies to ensure optimal results.
  5. Stay on top of the latest social media trends and fashion industry updates to ensure content is fresh and relevant.
  6. Collaborate with influencers, photographers, and other team members to produce high-quality, shareable content.
  7. Engage with followers, responding to comments, direct messages, and creating a positive brand experience.

The Successful Applicant

  1. Proven experience in social media management, particularly for fashion brands (menswear experience is a plus but not essential).
  2. Strong knowledge of TikTok and Instagram Reels, including content creation, editing, and engagement strategies.
  3. A keen eye for fashion trends and a deep understanding of the menswear market.
  4. Creative, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Experience with social media analytics and tools to monitor and report on performance.
