Social Media Executive

Worcester (hybrid) – Up to £30,000

My client is looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to join their growing marketing team based in Worcester. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing social media channels who is ready to take the next step in their career.

The Role

As Social Media Executive, you will support the day-to-day running of all key social platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, and X. You’ll play a key role in shaping the brand’s online presence, working on both organic and paid content, reporting on performance, and contributing to wider campaign planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and post content across multiple platforms
• Create engaging visuals and copy that reflect the brand’s tone and audience
• Monitor platform performance and produce regular insight reports
• Identify trends and new opportunities to grow engagement
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners as needed
• Support with community management and influencer outreach

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years' experience in a dedicated social media or digital marketing role
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices
• Confident using tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, and TikTok editing tools
• Good eye for design and attention to detail
• Analytical and confident in reporting on performance metrics
• A self-starter who is organised, collaborative, and eager to grow
