Job description

Kallidus is a leading SaaS provider of learning, performance, and talent management solutions. Our award-winning platform helps hundreds of organisations worldwide empower their people to perform at their best — from simplifying compliance to driving skills development and measurable business outcomes.

We are a technology company, not just a company that "does technology". We build it ourselves, we own it entirely, and the people who lead that work have real influence over how it evolves. Come build, grow and make a difference!

The Role:

Are you obsessed with creating content people actually want to engage with?

At Kallidus, we’re looking for a creative and driven Social Media Executive to help shape how our brand connects with audiences across social media, community and digital channels.

You’ll play a key role in creating engaging content, building meaningful relationships with customers and prospects, and strengthening Kallidus’ position as a leading learning and talent technology brand. Working alongside our Content, Product and Segment Marketing teams, as well as senior leaders across the business, you’ll turn great ideas into high-performing social campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and commercial growth.

If you’re passionate about storytelling, love experimenting with new content formats, and understand how social media can deliver real business impact, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day delivery of Kallidus’ social media channels, including content planning, publishing, optimisation and community management.
  • Collaborate with Content, Product Marketing and Campaign teams to create engaging, social-first content that captures attention and drives engagement.
  • Repurpose thought leadership, customer stories, research and campaign assets into compelling social content across multiple formats, including video, graphics and written posts.
  • Partner with senior leaders and subject matter experts to build their visibility through thought leadership and personal branding initiatives.
  • Build and nurture online communities by creating meaningful interactions with customers, prospects, partners and industry influencers.
  • Monitor conversations, respond to engagement and identify opportunities to strengthen brand advocacy.
  • Analyse social media performance and audience insights to continuously improve content effectiveness and channel growth.
  • Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates and emerging formats to bring fresh ideas and innovation to Kallidus’ social presence.
  • Support campaign launches and email marketing activity to maximise reach, engagement and impact.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of social media strategies that support wider marketing and business objectives.
Required Skills, Experience and Behaviours
  • Proven experience managing social media channels for a B2B organisation, ideally within SaaS, HR technology or a related industry.
  • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills, with the ability to adapt messaging across different platforms and audiences.
  • A strong understanding of LinkedIn and other social platforms, including content trends, audience engagement and community-building best practices.
  • Experience using social media management, analytics and reporting tools to measure success and optimise performance.
  • Confidence creating visual and video content using Canva and other creative platforms.
  • A creative mindset with a passion for testing new ideas, formats and approaches.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and translating complex ideas into engaging social content.
  • A genuine passion for social media, content marketing and building communities that create meaningful business impact.
What we offer:
  • 27 days of annual leave
  • Full tech setup
  • Support for your ongoing growth & development
  • Enhanced Family Leave
  • Flexible, hybrid approach to work
