Job summary

Kallidus in Bristol is seeking a .NET developer to design, build, and maintain software as part of an Agile team. You will join a team led by a Team Lead and contribute to the existing product suite by writing functional code, ensuring quality, and supporting internal users.

You should be passionate about the .NET framework and software design, with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset to help deliver reliable systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a .NET Developer or Application Developer.
• Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server, and design/architectural patterns.
• Knowledge of .NET, C# and HTML5/CSS3.
• Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC).
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• An academic qualification in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Exposure to learning, HR, or workforce analytics domains.
• Prior experience in a scale-up or SaaS product company.

• Participate in requirements analysis.

Location: Bristol - Hybrid (2-3 days in office)

The Role:

We are looking for a .NET developer to build software using languages and technologies of the .NET framework. You will join one of our Agile development teams, reporting to the Team Lead, to work on our existing product suite, configure existing systems, and provide user support.

In this role, you should be able to write functional code with a sharp eye for spotting defects. You should be a team player and excellent communicator. If you are also passionate about the .NET framework and software design/architecture, we’d like to meet you.

Your goal will be to work with internal teams to design, develop and maintain software.
