Emplas is one of the UK’s largest window and door fabricators. As a manufacturer of double glazing we partner with leading window systems suppliers, and offer some of the industry’s most technically advanced low maintenance and energy efficient aluminium and U-PVC windows and doors. Being both upvc window manufacturers and aluminium window manufacturers, we work with the trade, new build, social housing and educational sectors since 1979, our reputation is built on service excellence.

You’ll be responsible for managing our social media efforts, ensuring that our online presence is strong, engaging, and drives business growth across four brands. From planning to content creation and scheduling, you will take the lead in all things social.

Position:

Social Media & Content Management

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other relevant platforms for our brands.
• Take the lead in identifying all content opportunities, to ensure that our four brands have full and fresh content schedules every month, which resonate with the different audiences we are targeting.
• Engage and collaborate with influencers to create effective paid content and campaigns.
  
  

Analytics & Reporting

• Track and analyse key social media metrics to measure success and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide regular reports on website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign performance.
• Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and improve ROI.
  
  

General Marketing Support

• Work alongside the sales and marketing team to align digital strategies with broader business goals.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing tools.
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media marketing.
• Strong copywriting skills and an eye for engaging content creation.
• A proactive, adaptable, and data-driven mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in B2B or B2C marketing.
  
  

Desirable but not essential:

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
• Experience with WordPress (or other CMS platforms) and basic website updates.
• Experience with on-page and off-page SEO.
• Experience in manufacturing or home improvement niches.
  
  

Other information:

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm, onsite.

Salary: £30,000 per annum.
