What are we recruiting for?

We’re seeking a talented and proactive Senior Social Media Executive to drive our social growth forward.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about social media, obsessed with content, and keen on trends and storytelling. You’ll support executing our social media strategy across all platforms, helping grow our brand presence, build community, and boost engagement and sales through content and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support development and scheduling of creative, on-brand content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.) using an established content calendar.
2. Manage our online community by responding promptly and authentically to comments, DMs, and tags. Engage proactively with creators, customers, and fans to foster loyalty.
3. Assist in identifying, briefing, and coordinating with influencers and creators to promote our jewellery collections and campaigns, supporting the Partnerships team.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to support social-led product launches, promotions, and brand campaigns, helping bring ideas to life across platforms.
5. Stay updated on social media trends and TikTok culture to bring fresh ideas and keep content relevant.
6. Monitor social media performance, gather insights, and report on engagement, reach, growth, and content effectiveness.
7. Contribute ideas for shoots, reels, TikTok content, and visuals to enhance our online presence and generate buzz around products.
8. Coordinate with design, PR, brand, partnerships, and customer service teams to ensure consistent tone of voice and brand messaging.

Key Qualifications:

• 3+ years’ experience in a social media role, preferably within a fast-paced e-commerce or fashion environment.
