The Role
We’re looking for anEarly-Career / Graduate Social Media Executivetohelp shape and deliverour social presence. Working alongside our senior team, you’ll get hands-on ownership of day-to-day posting while learning how strategic decisions are made. This is a chance to build real-world skills, see your ideas go live quickly, and contribute to a disruptive fintech brand.Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy support & planning– Collaborate with the marketing lead to refine and implement a multi-channel social media plan.
  • Content creation & scheduling– Write, design and publish engaging posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and future platforms.
  • Channel management– Maintain a consistent cadence, tone of voice and look-and-feel, flagging insights to the team.
  • Analytics & optimisation– Track KPIs, report weekly results and suggest data-driven tweaks to improve reach, engagement and conversion.
  • Community engagement– Respond to comments, nurture conversations and build relationships with followers, partners and influencers.
About You
Essential
  • 0–2 years’ experiencein social media managementora standout personal/organisation portfolio that demonstrates your skills.
  • Evidence of running social channels for a uni society, freelance client, internship or personal brand.
  • Strong copywriting, storytelling and basic visual-creation skills (Canva or similar).
  • Familiarity with platform-specific best practices, trends and basic analytics.
  • Organised, proactive and eager to learn in a fast-moving environment.
  • Genuine passion for technology, innovation and creating content that resonates.
Bonus Points For
  • Prior experience in fintech, financial services or a startup.
  • Exposure to paid social campaigns and SEO principles.
  • Ability to shoot or edit short-form video.
