Role Purpose
It’s the Social Media Executive’s role to grow our media brands across Instagram & TikTok.
Ensure video concepts are executed to the highest quality in line with the platform's demands, style and standards. The Social Media Executive will be responsible for sourcing, packaging, distributing and optimising content.
They are responsible for implementing a social media strategy across Instagram & TikTok brands using insights and doing regular reporting to improve performance and meet revenue targets. Big focus will be around sourcing content and adding relevant input to the platform team which contributes to the success of Instagram & TikTok brands .
The Social Media Executive should have an understanding of viral themes, trending topics and competitor’s videos to ensure all targets are met to the highest standards. They should also have an excellent understanding of social analytics and insights across multiple platforms and apply these findings to their social strategy.Job Requirements
Background and Experience
● Experience in generating organic growth on social media
● An excellent knowledge of all social platforms
● The ability to source video content with the potential to go viral
● Has to be a highly organised individual who can manage their own time efficiently and effectively
● Excellent written and verbal communication
● Deep understanding of internet culture and social
Skills & Competencies
● An organised approach to multi-tasking and balancing multiple projects
● Excellent understanding of social analytics, in particular, Instagram & TikTok
● Creative thinker
● Understanding of picture editing using tools such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop
● Creative problem solver
● An eye for detail and viral trends
● Team player
● Video editing experience is desired but not essential
● Clear communicator
● Ability to learn new skills quickly and efficiently
