The Role:
We're looking to hire a dynamic and creative
Social Media Executive with a passion for socials, creating attention-grabbing content and driving social growth. You’ll be part of the brand team and pivotal in enhancing our brand presence across TikTok and Instagram.
You’ll support the Brand Manager in crafting & executing the social strategy and content creation for our global Instagram account with over 500k followers. You’ll have the opportunity to create a unique TikTok strategy and own the content creation, taking our account to the next level. From concepting social trend ideas, to filming and executing, to post-campaign data reporting and analysis, you’ll be at the forefront of our social strategy.
The ideal candidate lives and breathes social media - we’re looking for someone who is passionate about social media trends and creating engaging online content. You think creatively whilst also being comfortable with social reporting and analytics to continuously reflect, refine and improve the ever-evolving social strategy. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, continuously evolving their content to connect with our audience effectively.
Please note this is a junior/entry-level position.
Some of your responsibilities:
Content Creation and Strategy:
- Develop & execute social strategy for our TikTok account, support on social strategy for Instagram
- Research, script, shoot, and edit social content for TikTok and Instagram
- Represent our brand authentically and passionately throughout socials, embodying & promoting the Wild values
- Capture and edit high-quality, original photos and videos that align with our brand’s visual identity
Trends & Insights:
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to enhance creative strategies
- Analyse historical social data to identify successful posts and inform future content iterations
- Stay ahead with trending brands and discover perfect social collabs to elevate our impact and growth.
- Stay informed about social media trends, tools, and best practices to inform strategy and execution.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of social media strategies.
- Contribute to weekly and monthly performance reports, providing insights and optimisation recommendations.
- Prepare regular reports on engagement, growth, and other relevant metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Analyse historical social data to identify successful posts and inform future content iterations
What we need from you:

- Proven experience in social media and creating content for social media platforms, with a strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate creative ideas effectively.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- An ambitious, curious, and creative mindset with an eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude towards professional growth.
- Positive energy and a passion for our Wild’s mission, willingness to immerse yourself fully in our company culture and values.
- Detail-oriented approach with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and brand consistency.
- Familiarity with organic social media reporting concepts and metrics
