Your Mission:

As our Social Media Executive, you’ll shape and execute bold, creative social media strategies that bring our brand to life and drive real business results. You’ll be hands-on with content creation, campaign optimisation, agency management, and audience engagement—owning the end-to-end process across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and more.

Your Quests Include:

• Lead the day-to-day management of all company social media channels, both paid and organic.
• Craft engaging and on-brand content (including images and video) to grow followers and boost engagement.
• Manage our external paid social agency, working closely to optimise campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with wider marketing goals and seasonal campaigns.
• Monitor performance in real-time, track KPIs, and report on weekly results and longer-term trends.
• Run live event coverage, delivering exciting, real-time social content that drives conversation.
• Stay ahead of social trends and platform updates to keep our brand at the forefront of innovation.
• Drive growth-focused strategies around retargeting and subscriber acquisition.
• Support cross-functional teams with social assets, timelines, and campaign integrations.
• Expand our influencer marketing program and cultivate authentic relationships with creators.
• Engage with our audience, responding to messages and fostering an active online community.
• Run activations.

Skills:

• A creative storyteller with a passion for digital and social.
• Experienced in managing multi-platform social media accounts (minimum 2 years in a similar role).
• Comfortable using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar to create stand-out content.
• Confident working with data—comfortable in Excel and familiar with analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics preferred).
• Highly organised, proactive, and skilled at juggling multiple priorities and projects.
• Always curious—quick to spot trends, take initiative, and learn on the fly.
• A team player who’s collaborative, enthusiastic, and ready to make an impact.
• Experience using Asana and GRIN (not essential but a plus).
• A background in e-commerce or retail social media strategy.
• A marketing or communications degree (or equivalent experience).
• Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills.
