The Role:

We’re on the hunt for a forward-thinking Social Media Executive with a sharp eye for trends and a real passion for oral care, and social media. You’ll play a key role in shaping how Icy Bear is seen and experienced across all social platforms. This is a hands-on, highly creative role — ideal for someone who loves sharing bold ideas, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a natural talent for content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
• Bring fresh, innovative ideas to content strategies, always staying ahead of trends and cultural moments
• Manage and oversee the backend of TikTok, experience with seller centre is a bonus
• Produce and edit visual assets (reels, short-form videos, basic graphics)
• Monitor, report on, and optimise content performance using insights and analytics
• Engage actively with our community to build loyalty and deepen customer relationships
• Competition / PR outreach
• Helping managing the relationships we have with influencers

About You:

• 2–3 years’ experience in a social media role (experience in a beauty brand is a bonus)
• Highly visual with a strong aesthetic eye for detail, design, and storytelling
• Proactive, creative, and full of ideas
• Up-to-date with platform trends, emerging features, and industry best practices
• Confident in front of the camera, with strong communication skills
• Able to create and edit content across different formats (video, graphics, imagery)
• A positive team player who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
• Passionate about the oral care industry and evolving digital landscapes
