What you'll be doing

Reporting to the Director of Digital Content and working closely with our Head of Video, the Social Media Editor will manage Wallpaper’s social media presence across all platforms, creating engaging content, and leveraging analytics to optimise performance.

  • Develop a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with Wallpaper’s editorial values and goals.

  • The ability to edit video and create visual assets using Photoshop or equivalent tools.
  • A great way with words – the ability to write engaging captions and headlines.
  • A flair for creating visually stunning and engaging posts that resonate with Wallpaper’s audience.
  • Proficient in using analytics tools to track performance and inform decisions.
  • Experience with major social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
  • Understanding of Wallpaper’s unique brand values and target audience, with the ability to translate these into social-first content.
  • Understanding of social SEO and its role in growing organic reach and engagement.
