We’re seeking a strategic and culturally plugged-in Head of Social to lead OhChat’s social media presence as we scale globally. This senior role involves owning and shaping our social strategy across platforms, driving growth, engaging fans, and amplifying our celebrity creators and AI-powered platform.

About Oh

OhChat is building the future of creator engagement with AI-powered digital twins, enabling fans to interact via text, voice, and images with AI-generated characters, including digital twins of famous creators.

Purpose of the Role

Own and execute OhChat’s social media strategy, grow communities, and ensure our platform and creators lead online conversations. Collaborate with teams to build OhChat into a recognized brand in the AI space.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and emerging platforms.
• Create content calendars, define voice, and oversee creative direction.
• Lead social campaigns, activations, and collaborations.
• Manage reporting, analytics, and optimize performance.
• Manage internal social team and stay ahead of platform trends.

Skills & Experience

• At least 8 years in social media, with 2+ years in a senior role.
• Experience in B2C social channels within tech, entertainment, or creator economy.
• Expertise in Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and internet trends.
• Exceptional copywriting and creative instincts.
• Track record in social campaigns and paid social strategy.
• Data-driven decision-making skills.
