THE ROLE:

We are seeking an expert Social Strategist to lead on Social Strategy, Content Planning, Best Practices, Organic & Paid Social Media Principles, and possess a solid understanding of Influencer Marketing.

Client handling and management experience are essential for this role.

Key Collaborations:

This individual will work closely with the Haircare Associate, P&G Haircare Lead, and Head of Influencer, leveraging connections across the P&G portfolio to identify social opportunities and respond to briefs. They will also oversee the S&I teams' social work and collaborate with the P&G Project Manager and Financial Lead.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Expertise in Social & Influence Skills, Content Planning, Best Practice, Organic & Paid Principles
  • Deep understanding of influence spheres, talent activation, and amplification
  • Knowledge of UGC, content creators, and agencies

Client & Account Management:

  • Proven client relations and management skills
  • Ability to lead client meetings and action plans

Planning and Growth:

  • Opportunity identification for organic growth
  • Innovative solutions and process improvements
  • Ability to analyze briefs and develop strategic frameworks

Commercial Skills:

  • Drafting scopes of work (SOWs)
  • Managing budgets and raising POs
  • Collaborating with Project and Finance Managers

Additional Skills (Nice-to-Have):

  • Commercial awareness and practices

High-Level Objectives:

  • Oversee planning and strategic direction for social briefs
  • Support social & influence team management

Potential Candidate Backgrounds:
