The Role:

We seek an expert Social Strategist to lead social strategy, content planning, best practices, and organic & paid social media principles, with a good understanding of influencer marketing. Client handling and management experience are essential.

Key Collaborations:

The successful candidate will work closely with the Haircare Associate, P&G Haircare Lead, Head of Influencer, and other leads across the P&G portfolio. They will oversee social work teams and collaborate with project and finance managers.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Social & Influence Skills: Content planning, best practices, paid & organic principles, influencer engagement, understanding of UGC/content creators.
  • Client & Account Management: Client relations, managing calls, and action plans.
  • Planning & Growth: Opportunity identification, innovative thinking, strategic briefing.
  • Commercial Awareness: Drafting scopes of work, managing budgets, collaborating with project and finance teams.

Additional Skills (Nice-to-Have):

  • Deep commercial awareness.

Objectives:

  • Oversee social strategy and planning.
  • Support social & influence team management.
