Due to continued business success and growth, we now have a fantastic opportunity for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our successful team in Norwich, Norfolk.

Within this role, you will be at the forefront of our digital presence, helping to manage the Desira Group websites, social media, and digital marketing campaigns across various digital platforms and social networks.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing our social media channels, creating engaging content, and fostering conversations to increase followers and showcase our business and brands to customers.
• Updating digital content to generate enquiries and drive sales across all business areas.
• Content creation, e-marketing, SEO, Google Pay-Per-Click advertising, social media advertising, database management, and communication.
• Providing insights, delivering, and reporting on digital strategies and PPC activities.
• Monitoring our website, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance results.
• Monitoring competitors and market trends.

The ideal Digital Marketing Executive:

We seek an enthusiastic, creative, sales-oriented, and commercially aware individual to develop our online presence further. The candidate should possess:

• Strong communication, creative, and written skills with marketing awareness.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Excel, Photography, and Videography.

Great analytical skills and attention to detail are essential.

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Travel to other sites may be required a few times a week, with a company car provided.
