In this role, you'll be the voice of the brand, cultivating a vibrant community both online and offline. You'll lead the charge in content creation, influencer partnerships, event coordination, and strategic community growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead and execute creative social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and beyond.
  • Craft engaging content—from scroll-stopping TikToks to compelling Instagram stories—that captures the brand’s tone and values.
  • Engage daily with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and DMs in a timely, brand-appropriate manner.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers, VIPs, and brand ambassadors to amplify our reach and authenticity.
  • Analyse performance data and insights to continually refine and improve our content and community strategy.
  • Organise and execute brand campaigns, pop-ups, and events that deepen customer connection and loyalty.
  • Coordinate and oversee fashion shoots and content production for marketing campaigns and social channels.
  • Manage sample trafficking and press loans, ensuring smooth communication with stylists and media partners.
  • Collaborate with VIPs and talent for brand placements, event dressing, and special projects.
  • Write and send branded newsletters to our subscriber list with updates on new launches, events, and exclusive offers.
