The Social Media Coordinator reporting into the Creative Director will own the DUCIE social media channels and ensure they are optimized and aligning to the DUCIE tone of voice and aesthetic. This is a hands-on role in a small fast-growing business
- Write, schedule, and optimize daily social posts across multiple platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Pintrest.
- Write all captions and engage with followers maintaining the brand voice, visual aesthetic.
- Utilize stories and reels to drive revenue and brand awareness.
- Find and nurture relationships with creators focused on increasing reach and growing brand awareness.
- Manage influencer gifting and content usage ensuring a constant content stream that aligns to the brand.
- Develop new ideas and stay on top of social media trends.
- Confident in creating content with basic creative and editing skills. Confident in Canva and photoshop.
- Drive initiatives to grow the DUCIE community. Run social media analytics to understand performance and trends.
- Trend spotting and understanding the DUCIE customer.
- Pitch social angles and social-extension ideas that align with editorial objectives.
- Work closely with internal DUCIE team to ideate and execute social-focused initiatives.
Skills required:
- 2-3 years experience in a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Self motivated and able to prioritise workloads efficiently.
