Are you a social media manager who’s as comfortable behind a camera as you are behind a keyboard? Got a strong creative eye, sharp editing skills, and the confidence to run content projects end to end?

We’re looking for a talentedSocial Media & Content Managerto join our team atWho’s Listening- a fast-growing marketing agency working with clients across the UK in sectors including hospitality, fitness, property, and podcasting.

This is a hands-on, content-led role for someone with proven experience producing high-quality social media campaigns and content - someone who understands the full lifecycle of a social brief, from concept to capture, edit, and analytics.

What You’ll Be Doing

This isn’t an agency back-office role. You’ll lead the delivery for a portfolio of client accounts – managing everything from planning sessions to on-site content shoots, all with support from our wider team.

Here’s a flavour of your week:

  • Client ownership:developing and delivering monthly content plans in line with client goals
  • Content creation:filming reels, taking photography, and editing video usingPremiere ProandAfter Effects
  • Social management:writing captions, scheduling posts, and keeping engagement up across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Facebook
  • Design work:producing clean, on-brand static graphics inPhotoshop(or Illustrator if that’s your preference)
  • Client communication:leading planning sessions, responding to feedback, and building strong, lasting relationships
  • Reporting:tracking content performance and adjusting approach to boost reach, engagement, and conversions
  • Podcast edits:cutting engaging clips for TikTok, Shorts and Reels
  • Paid ad support:assisting with Meta ad setup and creative optimisation (we’ll train you if needed)

What You'll Need

We’re looking for someone who’s already managed client content delivery and is ready to step into a leadership-style creative role. You should be:

  • Confident using DSLR or mirrorless cameras for both video and photography
  • Highly confident filming and editing short-form video usingPremiere ProandAfter Effects
  • Comfortable designing basic static graphics inPhotoshop(Canva is a bonus, but not a replacement)
  • Experienced managing social media content for multiple brands or clients
  • Naturally organised - managing your own workload and hitting deadlines across several accounts
  • A strong communicator across Zoom, email, WhatsApp, and in person
  • Happy to lead shoots and meetings with clients
  • A full UK driving licence holder with access to a car

Bonus points if you:

  • Have experience working in an agency environment
  • Know how to optimise video for different platforms and trends
  • Have a personal interest in podcasting, football, or social-first video
