Job description

We’re on the lookout for a multi-talented, hands-on Social Media & Content Manager with solid experience indigital marketing anda sharp eye for design anda passion for youth-focused fashion. This role is perfect for someone with around 4 years of experience in fashion or lifestyle brands who can confidently execute brand visionacross content, campaigns and community.

You’ll collaborate closely with the creative director andproduct team on seasonal collections, monthly drops, shootcreative campaigns,design high-converting emailsand keep social and ecommerce platforms visually dynamic, consistent and on-brand, aligned with physical and onlineactivations.

Being a collaborative role, this oneis office-based in the Bristol area, accessible from Yate railway station and by car.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Fashion Collections -Collaborate with the founder and product team on visual direction for new product ranges and seasonal drops.
  • Creative Campaigns -Lead creative campaign development from concept and moodboarding to photoshoot production, working with stylists, photographers, and models.
  • Email Campaigns -Design and schedule email campaigns via Klaviyo (or similar), focusing on engagement, storytelling, and conversions.
  • Social Media Content -Plan and create social content that feels real, on-brand, and community-first. Support campaign rollouts across Instagram, TikTok, and more.
  • Website Visuals -Manage homepage refreshes, collection updates, and product storytelling. Create landing pages and blog content in support of new launches and marketing campaigns.
  • Brand Consistency -Champion brand identity across all touchpoints — ensuring alignment in content, photography, emails, packaging, and promotional visuals.

About You:

  • Around 4 years’ experience in a creative role within a fashion or youth-driven lifestyle brand.
  • A portfolio that shows your skills in email marketing, campaign execution, and visual storytelling.
  • Confident across Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Klaviyo, and Shopify (or similar CMS/ecommerce tools).
  • Solid understanding of DTC fashion culture, trends and what makes brand content cut through.
  • Highly collaborative with creative partners including stylists, photographers, and developers.
  • Organised, hands-on and happy to jump into anything from art direction to assisting on set.
  • Obsessed with moodboarding, product photography, and designing assets and campaignsfor digital engagement.
