The Opportunity

Are you passionate about creating standout social-first content using your skills in film, photography, and graphic design?

Do you thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced creative environment as a versatile content creator?

We seek a talented, dynamic content creator with a background in film, photography, and graphic design to join our award-winning team at We Are Social, London.

You will be part of an eclectic team of multidisciplinary creatives, including designers, art directors, photographers, videographers, video editors, animators, 3D artists, illustrators, and graphic designers, united by a passion for storytelling and social innovation.

This role is hands-on and varied. We want someone with a hybrid skill set confident in shooting and editing social-first videos, creating memes from images, capturing social photography, and designing assets with motion and animation.

Agency experience and a strong portfolio of digital-first content are preferred. We want to see your creative process and conceptual thinking alongside your finished work.

What You’ll Need To Deliver

• Conceptualize, create, design, and visualize content for social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Meta, Snapchat, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, and others.
• Manage multiple client accounts efficiently throughout the day.
• Possess excellent knowledge of social media platforms, staying updated on their latest features, regulations, and limitations.
• Proactively explore new technologies, AI tools, and innovative design trends.
• Stay informed about industry developments, contributing proactive, forward-thinking ideas.
• Ensure timely delivery of work within budget, flagging potential issues early.
• Remain calm under pressure and work swiftly without sacrificing quality.
• Be confident operating cameras when required.

What Else Are We Looking For?

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and understanding of the design process; experience with other editing software is a plus.
• Skills in shooting film and photography using DSLR, smartphones, and other formats.
• Strong social-first editing and motion design skills.
• A portfolio showcasing concept-driven work.
