FindCore is assisting a leading not-for-profit with the recruitment of a Marketing Executive (Social Media & Content) based in Cheadle, Greater Manchester. The role focuses on growing organic reach, engagement and income across the organisation's established social channels.

You will develop engaging content across platforms, use AI tools, analyse performance and collaborate with fundraising teams on integrated campaigns to maximise impact.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience within social media, content marketing or digital marketing.
• Proven experience growing social media reach and engagement.
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
• Good understanding of social media analytics and performance reporting.
• Experience with paid social, SEO or creator content would be beneficial.
• Comfortable using AI-powered content tools as part of the creative process.
• Strong communication, organisation and project-management skills.

Responsibilities
