Job Summary:

We're seeking a creative and highly skilled Social Media Content Creator with extensive experience and technical knowledge in Videography, Photography, and Editing to join our team. You will be responsible for creating compelling content for multiple luxury client accounts in sectors such as Property, Health & Wellness, Hospitality, and more.

Your focus will be on translating strategy and creative ideas into engaging, social-first content for various luxury clients and their digital marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities - Content Production (Videography & Photography):

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video and photo content for digital and social media platforms.
• Work across various environments—from on-location shoots to controlled studio settings.
• Set up and manage lighting, audio, and camera equipment for different shoot styles.
• Capture engaging and dynamic footage optimized for formats like Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and long-form videos.
• Edit videos ensuring smooth transitions, colour grading, sound mixing, and visual enhancements.
• Retouch and optimise photography for digital use, maintaining brand consistency.
• Export content in multiple formats suitable for web, social media, and marketing.
• Manage and organise raw footage, assets, and content libraries.

Technical Expertise:

• Operate and maintain professional camera equipment (DSLRs, mirrorless, cinema cameras, drones, etc.).
• Proficient in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, and Lightroom.
• Understand colour correction, grading, and sound design for high-end content.
• Work with motion graphics or collaborate with designers for animations/effects.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing teams, and clients to develop visual content.
• Contribute to creative direction, storyboarding, and shot composition.
• Stay updated on social media trends to ensure content aligns with platform best practices.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Experience:

• Proven technical expertise and hands-on experience in videography, photography, and editing.
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.

Equipment:

• Own a high-performance computer capable of handling 4K+ video and large files.
• Preferably own camera and gear, but not essential.

Technical Skills:

• Advanced knowledge of video production, editing, and workflows.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects (preferred).
• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and framing techniques.
• Familiarity with audio and colour grading basics.

Additional Skills:

• Design experience with Illustrator, Canva, or Photoshop for social media.
• Experience with motion graphics, animation, or VFX.
• Drone operation and certification (if applicable).
