Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced, creative and commercially minded Social Media Content Creator to produce engaging, high-quality content that supports brand awareness, customer engagement, product discovery and sales. This is a hands‑on role for someone who can manage the full creative process — from generating ideas and planning concepts to filming, photographing, editing and publishing. We want someone who understands that successful content should not only look great but also contribute to measurable commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Production

• Plan, create, film and edit original content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Stories, Facebook and other relevant social media platforms.
• Produce high-quality product photography and short-form videos featuring fragrances, launches, promotions and campaigns.
• Develop creative concepts around fragrance discovery, product storytelling, education, lifestyle, gifting and seasonal moments.
• Confidently appear on camera when required to present or demonstrate products.
• Create compelling hooks, captions, on-screen text and calls to action.
• Use tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom or equivalent creative software.
• Adapt content to different platforms, audiences and campaign objectives.

Social Media Planning & Management

• Develop and maintain a structured content calendar.
• Identify relevant TikTok and Instagram trends, sounds and formats.
• Schedule and publish content using Meta Business Suite or other suitable social media management tools.
• Support product launches, promotional campaigns and other marketing priorities.
• Help build engagement and encourage meaningful interaction with our social media audience.
• Organise creative assets, raw footage and editable files.

Performance & Commercial Results

• Monitor content performance, including views, reach, engagement, clicks, traffic and conversions.
• Understand how social media content can influence customer purchasing decisions.
• Identify which creative approaches generate stronger engagement and commercial results.
• Use analytics and performance insights to improve future content.
• Work towards agreed content, engagement and commercial objectives.

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of professional social media content creation experience.
• Proven experience creating TikTok videos, Instagram Reels and product-focused content.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating personally created work.
• Excellent short-form video editing and product photography skills.
• Experience with CapCut, Canva, Adobe creative software or equivalent tools.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms and audience behaviour.
• Confidence both behind and in front of the camera.
• Creative thinking combined with commercial awareness.
• Ability to plan, shoot, edit and publish content independently.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• A genuine passion for perfumes and fragrance culture.
• Experience creating content for fragrance, luxury, lifestyle, retail or e-commerce businesses would be an advantage.

Portfolio & Commercial Results — Essential

Portfolio is required for this position. We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate how their content contributed to business growth. Please provide examples showing:

• Content you personally planned, filmed or edited.
• The objective of the content or campaign.
• Results achieved, such as engagement, reach, website traffic, product clicks, conversions or sales.
• Your specific contribution to those results.

Where possible, please include figures, analytics screenshots or campaign performance examples.
