About the Role

We’re looking for a camera-confident Content Creator to become the face of our brand on social media. Someone who's passionate about storytelling, trend-savvy on TikTok and Instagram, and energised by connecting with an audience through live and short-form video.

You’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our digital presence and engaging with our community by creating compelling, authentic, and entertaining video content that brings our brand to life. From Instagram Reels to TikTok Lives, you’ll help shape our voice, drive engagement, and make our social channels unmissable.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the Face of the Brand: Create and appear in short-form videos (Reels, TikToks) that reflect our personality, voice, and values.
• Go Live Regularly: Host engaging TikTok Lives to connect with our community, launch new products, share behind-the-scenes content, and answer questions in real-time.
• Trend Spotting: Stay up to date on the latest social media trends, sounds, memes, and cultural moments, then quickly and creatively apply them to our content.
• Scripting & Storyboarding: Work with the Marketing Manager to pitch and write fun, informative, and entertaining content ideas aligned with brand campaigns and goals.
• Content Planning: Work with the Marketing Manager to plan the content calendars.
• Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages, and viewer questions during Lives and across published content.
• Analytics & Iteration: Track performance of videos and Lives to understand what’s working, and pivot fast when it’s not.

Qualifications

• Experience filming and posting content of yourself in front of the camera (whether personally or for work).
• Comfortable and natural in front of the camera. Charismatic, personable, and confident.
• Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram platforms, including trends, hashtags, and platform algorithms.
• Ability to plan, film, and edit content using in-app tools or basic editing software.
• (Bonus) Experience with live-streaming.
• (Bonus) Experience with social media analytics (e.g. TikTok Analytics, Instagram Insights).
