Bowling Vision, a leader in social gaming, is seeking a passionate Content Creator to produce engaging video and photo content. This role offers the chance to shape the voice of emerging brands while collaborating with a creative team and enjoying flexible working arrangements in Kettering.

We are a leisure distributor working in the exciting and evolving sector of social gaming – AR darts, AR shuffleboard, bowling, batting cages, ice-free curling etc. This is a thriving and growing sector and we are at the forefront of it being the UK’s leading distributor, able to supply venues with a broad range of activities. Our business is very relational and centres on providing experienced consultancy and ongoing support to social gaming venues in addition to quality products.
Bowling Vision is the parent company to a number of sub-brands and you will be working across the business with a focus on a new brand launch.
About the Role
We're looking for a creative, hands-on Content Creator to bring energy and style across all digital channels. You’ll be the person behind the lens and the screen — producing standout video and photo content, writing engaging copy and crafting content that drives traffic, provokes online engagement, creates a sense of belonging and develops product awareness.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape the voice and visual identity of some of our emerging brands — and to work alongside the Bowling Vision Marketing Manager to spotlight the equipment and experiences that will make our equipment, products and opportunities unique.
We are pleased to offer this post with flexible working hours. As we’d like you to create content based on real experiences the post-holder will be required to work occasional evenings. The post is based in Kettering, however we are happy to offer flexibility with some home working. There may also be some travelling to installations of equipment.
Key Responsibilities
– Plan, shoot and edit high-quality video and photo content for our social media channels, website and digital ads
– Capture live footage of events to tell engaging stories
– Produce product-focused videos to support Bowling Vision’s sales and marketing
– Maintain a consistent visual style and brand identity across all video and photography content in line with our brand guidelines
– Develop and manage a content calendar for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other relevant platforms
– Write creative, on-brand captions and posts to grow our audience and drive engagement
- Build community engagement through responding to comments and messages and interacting with relevant accounts
– Stay on top of trends, audio and formats to ensure our content feels fresh and culturally relevant
– Track and report on campaign success and use relevant performance data to shape future campaigns
- Conduct competitor analysis and trend research to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
– Create digital assets for marketing campaigns, on-site screens, and promotions which are compelling, fresh and contemporary
– Ensure brand consistency across all content and channels
– Work with the Bowling Vision team to align content goals and priorities across all channels and sub-brands
– Liaise with staff and customers when filming or taking photos in venue to ensure appropriate consent is given
- Work with BV team and site staff to support the efficient running of the shoot
– Support event coverage and contribute to planning creative campaigns
