Role: Social Media Content Creator / Creative Lead

Location: Greater Manchester / Cheshire

Salary: up to £40,000 plus bonus and perks!

Are you a creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and a flair for design? We’re looking for a hands-on Creative Lead to drive the visual and narrative direction of our clients global personal care brands across digital, social, e-commerce, and in-store touchpoints.

You’ll lead campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring everything they produce is bold, cohesive, and aligned with their brands vision. This is a fast-paced, creative role perfect for someone who thrives on variety — one day you’re shaping a brand identity, the next you’re building a social asset or refining in-store visuals.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and execute standout creative across web, social, email, POS, and more
  • Bring big campaign ideas to life, from concept to delivery
  • Design and produce assets for both digital and offline channels
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on co-branded campaigns
  • Ensure brand consistency across all visual touchpoints
  • Manage multiple creative projects to deadline and budget
What You Need

Creative Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years in a creative role, with a strong portfolio of brand and campaign work
  • Experience across digital, print, and social platforms
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite; video editing a plus
Strategic Thinking & Execution
  • Ability to combine creative vision with commercial awareness
  • Strong storytelling, layout, and visual identity skills
