Social Media Content Creator — We are seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Content Creator to join our team in a fully remote role and elevate our digital presence across key platforms.

This role offers the opportunity to develop engaging content that reflects the brand and attracts both new and returning guests, in a professional marketing environment.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging photo, video, and written content for social platforms
• Plan, design, and schedule posts that align with marketing campaigns, promotions, and events
• Ensure a consistent brand tone, style, and storytelling across all channels
• Monitor performance analytics and adapt content strategies to drive engagement and reach
• Capture live content during events, restaurant service, and behind-the-scenes moments
• Collaborate with the management team to align social media content with wider marketing goals
• Research current trends in food, drink, and hospitality social media to keep content fresh and competitive

Requirements / Qualifications

• Previous professional experience creating social media content within a workplace environment
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools
• Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
• Excellent photography, videography, and editing skills
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
