Overview

Index:MH is an independent non-profit demanding accountability from the beauty industry for the harm it causes to mental health. We call out harmful campaigns, expose manipulative marketing, and push for systemic change.

We’re looking for volunteers who can help us grow a strong, activist voice online. This isn’t about pretty posts or “wellness reminders” — it’s about creating content that challenges, educates, and mobilises.

• Creating c.1 impactful post a week (IG carousel, infographic, or text-led design).
• Writing sharp captions that critique harmful ads and explain their impact on mental health.
• Engaging with relevant conversations: leaving thoughtful, evidence-led comments and challenging harmful narratives.
