ABOUT THE ROLE

RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media Management:

  • Strategic Distribution: Distribute content effectively across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Youtube, and LinkedIn to showcase our brand, products, and partnerships.
  • Calendar Planning: Develop and execute content calendars aligned with campaigns, product launches, partnerships, and seasonal themes.
  • Brand Voice: Maintain consistent brand tone across all platforms, communicating our mission and vision.
  • Performance Analysis: Use social media tools to track metrics like engagement, reach, impressions, and conversions to optimize strategies.
  • Innovation & Development: Monitor social media trends and collaborate with the Marketing team to brainstorm engaging content ideas.

Community Engagement:

  • Engagement: Interact with our community by responding to comments, messages, and reposting user content to foster community and advocacy.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with influencers, partners, and community members to increase engagement and loyalty.

Community Events & Social Content Management:

  • Event Awareness & Content Distribution: Amplify awareness of our involvement in events like Reflo branded, partner, and internal events.

ABOUT YOU

  • 4+ years in social media, content creation, and digital marketing, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or sports.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and growth strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills with storytelling ability.
  • Creative, passionate about sustainability, sports, and visual storytelling.
  • Highly organized with project management skills.
  • Interest or understanding of AI in creative development is a bonus.
