ABOUT THE ROLE

RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media Management:

  • Strategic Distribution: Ensure effective distribution of content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Youtube, and LinkedIn.
  • Calendar Planning: Develop and execute content calendars aligned with campaigns, launches, partnerships, and seasons.
  • Brand Voice: Maintain consistent brand tone across all platforms.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze metrics to evaluate success and guide strategies.
  • Innovation & Development: Monitor trends and collaborate on new content ideas to enhance engagement and awareness.

Community Engagement:

  • Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and foster community building.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with influencers, partners, and advocates.

Community Events & Social Content Management:

  • Event Awareness & Content Distribution: Amplify involvement in events through social channels.

ABOUT YOU

  • 4+ years in social media, content creation, and digital marketing, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or sports.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and growth strategies.
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
  • Creative, passionate about sustainability, sports, and visual storytelling.
  • Organized with strong project management skills.
  • Interest or understanding of AI in creative development is a bonus, with training provided.
