Social Media Management:

• Strategic Distribution: Manage content distribution across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Youtube, and LinkedIn.
• Calendar Planning: Develop content calendars aligned with campaigns and launches.
• Brand Voice: Ensure consistent brand tone across platforms.
• Performance Analysis: Track and analyze content performance metrics.
• Innovation & Development: Monitor trends and collaborate on content ideas.

Community Engagement:

• Engagement: Respond to comments and messages, foster community.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with influencers and partners.

Community Events & Social Content Management:

• Event Awareness & Content: Amplify awareness of events through social channels.

ABOUT YOU

• 4+ years in social media, content creation, digital marketing, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or sports.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and growth strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, storytelling ability.
• Creative, passionate about sustainability, sports, visual storytelling.
• Organized, with project management skills for a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in AI for creative development is a bonus, with training provided.
