Job Description:

The aim is to start with one game, Counter Strike, and expand to others as the user base grows. The development is complete, and social media pages are active. We plan to host our first competition, requiring 160 participants (32 teams). Counter Strike is a team game.

To promote the main tournament, we will organize exhibition games. We need a community manager with experience in managing social media groups. Experience with gaming or a passion for gaming is advantageous. The focus is mainly on the UK market, but the platform is open globally.

The community manager will reach out to gamers, invite them to contests, and promote the brand and competitions. Responsibilities include managing Facebook, Steam, and Discord groups. You can use your own social media page or create a new one; using an existing page is preferable.

This role suits someone passionate about gaming and e-sports. Sales skills are a plus. The main goal is to build brand awareness and increase traffic to the competitions, starting with the first event in December.

Qualifications:
  • Basic pay £100 - Negotiable
  • This is a target-based role; monthly targets will be set and paid accordingly.
  • Once your group reaches 1,000 unique individuals, your basic pay will increase.
  • UK, EU, and US users are preferred.

  • Previous sales experience is helpful.
  • Experience in similar roles is a plus.
