Social Media & Community Executive

Harlow (1 day per week)

Please note; you will need to have a drivers license as there will be a lot of travel (around the UK).

Our client specialises in high-quality accessories and DIY for the home. Their products are often favoured for their ease of use and eco-friendly formulations.

You will be at the heart of the brand's storytelling and customer engagement efforts. You’ll play a key role in building a vibrant community of interior creators, ambassadors, and affiliates, while also creating engaging content that resonates with the audience.

About the role
  • Develop and deliver high-quality, engaging digital content (social media, blog posts, videos) aligned with the brand's vision.
  • Be the face of the brand by participating in video content, live streams, and events.
  • Identify, recruit, and nurture relationships with brand affiliates, ambassadors, and influencers.
  • Monitor and engage with the online community, responding to inquiries and feedback.
  • Develop and execute affiliate and ambassador programs to drive brand awareness and sales.
  • Track and analyse performance metrics for content and community engagement.
  • Use insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
About you
  • Strong digital skills with proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools.
  • Comfortable being in front of the camera for video content and live engagements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively in a national role.
  • Proven track record of managing affiliate or ambassador programs.
